Want to sell or trade your Pokémon, One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh!, or Sports Cards?

ChaseVault offers a simple way for collectors to submit cards for review and receive an offer based on the condition, version, quantity, and current demand for each card.

Before submitting your cards, please read the policies below.

HOW IT WORKS

1. SUBMIT YOUR CARDS

Submit the cards you would like to sell through the ChaseVault Buylist.

Please provide accurate information about:

  • Card name
  • Set / edition
  • Quantity
  • Language
  • Condition
  • Any other requested product details

If you are unsure about a card's exact version or condition, provide as much information as possible. Our team will verify the cards after receiving them.

2. RECEIVE YOUR SUBMISSION CONFIRMATION

After submitting your Buylist, you will receive a confirmation with your submission details.

Please keep your Buylist ID / submission number for reference.

3. SEND OR DROP OFF YOUR CARDS

Follow the instructions provided by ChaseVault for your selected submission method.

Please organize your cards in the same order as shown in your Buylist confirmation whenever possible. This helps us process your submission more quickly.

4. CARD INSPECTION

Once we receive your cards, our team will review:

  • Condition
  • Card version / edition
  • Language
  • Quantity
  • Authenticity
  • Current market demand

The final offer may differ from the initial estimated value if the physical cards do not match the information submitted.

5. RECEIVE YOUR OFFER

After inspection, ChaseVault will provide the final value of your submission.

If there are significant differences between your submitted information and the cards received, we may contact you before completing the transaction.

BUYLIST POLICIES

All Buylist submissions are subject to the policies stated on this page.

ChaseVault reserves the right to:

  • Decline a card or submission
  • Limit quantities of specific cards
  • Adjust an offer based on actual card condition
  • Adjust an offer when the submitted card differs from the listed version
  • Decline cards that do not meet our purchasing requirements

Buylist prices and quantities may change based on market conditions, inventory levels, and current demand.

A price displayed on the Buylist should not be considered a final purchase offer until ChaseVault has inspected the cards.

The original policy similarly treats listed prices as informational and finalizes the payment only after the physical submission is reviewed. Pasted markdown

CARD CONDITION

Card condition is an important factor when determining the final offer.

We may inspect cards for:

  • Whitening
  • Scratches
  • Creases
  • Dents
  • Surface damage
  • Edge or corner damage
  • Water damage
  • Alterations or other defects

The condition selected during submission is an estimate. ChaseVault will determine the final condition after physical inspection.

DISCREPANCIES & DEDUCTIONS

If the cards received differ from the information submitted, ChaseVault may adjust the final offer.

Examples include:

  • Different card version
  • Incorrect quantity
  • Different condition
  • Missing cards
  • Damaged or unacceptable cards

If an adjustment is required, we may contact you with the updated offer before completing the transaction.

This follows the source's approach of reviewing discrepancies in condition, version, and quantity and adjusting the final amount accordingly. Pasted markdown

BULK CARDS

ChaseVault may purchase eligible bulk cards depending on current demand.

Bulk purchasing requirements, eligible sets, conditions, quantities, and pricing may vary.

Please check the current Buylist for available bulk categories before submitting a large quantity of cards.

PAYMENT

Payment options and processing times depend on the submission method and the final value of the accepted cards.

The final payment amount will only be determined after ChaseVault has inspected and approved the submitted cards.

Please make sure the payment information provided during your submission is accurate.
