If ChaseVault cancels an order that has been paid, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Product Availability and Pricing

Trading Card Products
All Trading Card Game products, sports cards, booster boxes, booster packs, collection boxes, tins, decks, and other sealed collectible card products are final sale unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Product Condition
Minor factory imperfections to sealed products, including small tears, dents, scratches, loose wrapping, or shrink-wrap imperfections, may occur during manufacturing or transportation and do not necessarily constitute product damage.

Shipping and Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, it will generally be considered successfully delivered. Claims involving lost or undelivered packages will be reviewed based on carrier tracking and available delivery evidence.
