Shipping Policy

ChaseVault currently ships within Canada and the United States.

Canada Shipping Rates

For orders under $150 CAD, the following flat-rate shipping charges apply to packages measuring 12 × 8 × 6 inches or smaller: Shipping Fee → View Shipping Options

  • Regular Canadian address: $12 CAD flat rate
  • Rural / remote address: $20 CAD
  • PO Box: $25 CAD
  • Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut: $35 CAD

For standard Canadian addresses, packages measuring 12 × 8 × 6 inches or smaller will be charged a $12 CAD flat shipping rate.

Orders of $150 CAD or more may qualify for free standard shipping, subject to package size, weight, destination, and remote-area restrictions.

United States Shipping Rates

For orders shipped to the United States:

  • Orders under $250 CAD: $20 CAD flat-rate shipping
  • Orders of $250 CAD or more: Free standard shipping

The U.S. flat-rate and free-shipping offers apply to standard-size packages and standard delivery areas.

Oversized packages, unusually heavy shipments, remote locations, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or other special delivery areas may require additional shipping charges.

If additional shipping charges are required, ChaseVault will contact the customer before shipment.

International Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or shipping carrier.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee paid to ChaseVault unless otherwise stated.

ChaseVault is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or for additional fees charged by customs authorities or shipping carriers.

Oversized Packages

Our standard shipping rates apply to packages measuring 12 × 8 × 6 inches or smaller.

If your order requires a larger box, is unusually heavy, or results in significantly higher carrier charges, ChaseVault may contact you before shipment to request payment for any additional shipping cost.

Your order may be held until the additional shipping charge is paid.

Remote and Extended Area Shipping

Some postal codes may be classified by the shipping carrier as remote, rural, extended area, or difficult-to-service locations.

If the actual shipping cost to your address is substantially higher than the standard rate charged at checkout, we may contact you to request the additional shipping cost before shipping your order.

If you do not wish to pay the additional shipping charge, you may request cancellation of the order before it has been shipped.

PO Box Shipping

Orders shipping to a PO Box may require a specific carrier and may have different shipping costs or delivery times.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate PO Box address.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address at checkout.

ChaseVault is not responsible for delays, additional fees, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, unclaimed package, refused delivery, or other customer-related delivery issue, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be shipped again.

Tracking and Delivery

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Once the carrier confirms the package as Delivered, the order will generally be considered successfully delivered.

If tracking shows that a package was lost or was not delivered, please contact us so we can review the shipment with the carrier.

Shipping Delays

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, high shipping volumes, customs processing, remote destinations, or other circumstances outside our control may occur
